One Of Those Weeks
Nov. 5, 2011—Hey there, reader. Long time no talk. If you’re wondering why, I’d like to direct you to my friend, the Vanderbilt School of Engineering. We’ve been hanging out a lot this year, and when we’re not spending time together at Featheringill or Olin, I generally go and spend all my time working on improving our...
Fall weather
Nov. 4, 2011—As the North East was slammed with snow this past week, Nashville has enjoyed a particularly beautiful Fall, complete with seventy degree days and breathtaking color changes. One of the best ways to enjoy this perk is to enjoy one of the many outside study spots on campus. Here are a few of my favorites.
You know the “Vandy Bubble?”
Nov. 4, 2011—Yeah, there’s no “UJ Bubble.” You see, we at Vanderbilt are incredibly fortunate, because in order to find any building, well, you will stay on campus, and there is no city-wandering of the unknown in hopes of finding your class or professor’s office. What do you mean “Halloween?”
Nov. 2, 2011—Being in Poland, Halloween was far from my mind this year, and in fact, it’s quite the controversy in Poland. However, I did enjoy a phenomenal weekend at my family’s, celebrating a holiday that takes place at the exact same time.
I Love Variations
Nov. 2, 2011—You know when you’re just having a rough week and all you need is a little break to renew your spirits? I found my secret weapon for getting through a busy schedule.
Bring On the Fall
Nov. 2, 2011—So, there are two things that I know I’m not: 1) A morning person and 2) a fan of cold weather. Today, I faced my fears.
