Dec. 13, 2013—Yesterday was a pretty long day. My sister and I were up at the crack of dawn to drive from Nashville to Miami. We did it all in one day and it took us just over 13 hours. I picked her up from Commons and we were able to use her breakfast meal to get coffee and muffins for breakfast.

If you were wondering about the etymology of "treeking," the words "tree" and "freaking" were combined one day in the fall at Vanderbilt to describe the state of a particular student. So treeking is exactly that: freaking out about trees.
