‘Vanderbilt Programming Board’
A Post About My Life Outside the Classroom
Sep. 29, 2018—I know I spend a lot of time blogging about my classes and giving general advice and information about Vanderbilt, but, looking back at my posts, I realized it’s been a while since I gave any personal updates about what I’m up to these days. So, without further ado, here’s a recap of my life...
Student Orgs for Days
Nov. 20, 2016—With so many student orgs at Vanderbilt (like 500 now), it can be hard to choose what to involved yourself in. If you'd like to hear about my experiences with orgs, read more here! Maybe I can help you sort out things!
One Less Problem (With the Quake Lineup)
Jul. 9, 2014—I don’t know about you guys, but where I went to high school, homecoming was a lot of the things — stressful, overblown, anxiety-inducing — a lot of things, but usually not very fun. There was a football game no one cared about, a dance we cared about WAY too much, and weeks worth of...
Campus Events!
Feb. 16, 2014—When I was a freshman, I loved going to the events that Vanderbilt sponsored. As an upperclassman, I have less time to go to these because I'm busier, working, and have greater access to off campus events. That means that I enjoy them all the more, though! Jul. 29, 2013—Get it??? Earthquake, rocks... I'm here all week. If you haven’t heard already, last week Vandy students found yet another bullet point to add to the lengthy list of reasons why our school is the absolute BEST. Read on for the (incredible) lineup, Quake info, and more!

Apr. 21, 2013—Anyone at or around Vanderbilt this time of year can tell when it’s the weekend of Rites of Spring. The sky gets a little clearer, the music gets a little louder, and the good times get even better, which, at a school as fun as Vanderbilt, is a tall order. It being my first Rites...
Bringing the Music to Music City
Mar. 11, 2013—With a few tricks up my sleeve, I managed to score the gig of a lifetime for my next three years at Vandy.
Who doesn’t?

Tim Pawlenty and Christina Romer at Vanderbilt IMPACT Symposium 2011
Mar. 22, 2011—Tonight I went to go see Tim Pawlenty, former governor of Minnesota, and Christina Romer, former chair of President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers, speak on “Bridging the Gap: America’s Middle Class,” which is the theme of Vanderbilt’s 2011 IMPACT Symposium. IMPACT is put on by the Vanderbilt Programming Board’s Speakers Committee each year. The...
