Why I Chose Vanderbilt
Apr. 29, 2013—As the May 1st deadline nears I can recall my college decision process. It was two years ago almost to the very day that I committed to coming to Vanderbilt (me being very indecisive waited until the last minute). I had visited the summer of my sophomore year, but ended up coming back one of the last weekends in April for a visit and knew it was home. But why?
Pros & Cons of Late Exams
Apr. 27, 2013—As I mentioned before, I have the second-to-last exam on Wednesday, so most people will have left campus by the time I'm done. Here's a pros and cons list of chilling at Vandy til the very end of the semester.
Pre-Med Interview
Apr. 25, 2013—I feel like I just had my first medical school interview and survived! Even though I’m on a junior (and haven’t even applied to med school yet), the Health Professions Advisory Office requires an interview in order to write students a letter of recommendation, and I just completed mine!
Group Presentations Galore
Apr. 18, 2013—I'm a science major, so I'm used to your average "four tests and a final" grading system. This semester, I was thrown for a bit of a loop when I learned I would have group presentations in three of my four classes.

What Will You Be?
Apr. 9, 2013—If you haven’t figured it out, I already love the future class of 2017. So of course, I couldn’t resist following in the footsteps of fellow bloggers Nathan and Ryan. Reflecting on my Vanderbilt experience and trying to sum it up in a few words is always difficult, but here’s what stands out: You will...
What Will You Be?
Apr. 7, 2013—Today, I provide you with part 3 of the series inspired by Nathan. I suppose I should start in the same way as the other two. Congratulations to the admitted students of the Class of 2017. You guys are so talented and amazing. I am sure that you have heard this millions of times, but I would have NEVER gotten in if I had applied this year. I hope that you choose to attend Vanderbilt. I absolutely could not imagine myself anywhere else. And so now I ask you, what will you be?
See it to belieVe it!
Apr. 3, 2013—On the fence? Why you should come and visit campus again!
Health Professions Grad School Fair
Apr. 2, 2013—It is not very often that I get to go shopping. My schedule fills up, and then I can't borrow a car, and then I remember that I spent all of my birthday money already. Today was my lucky day! The Health Professions Advisory Office hosted a grad school fair. There were 17 medical schools there, as well as a ton of dental, master's, physical therapy and other medical related professional schools in attendance.
