An Uneventful (but great) Break
Oct. 7, 2012—Over the next few days, you all will probably be inundated with stories of home, fun trips, and other tales of adventure from my fellow bloggers. From me, however, expect stories of baking, movies, and sleep.

Oct. 1, 2012—Now that my fifth semester at Vanderbilt is underway, I feel qualified to tell y'all about my schedule for the semester and how declaring my major has practically changed my life. (cheesy but true.)
Race in Review: Part Two
Sep. 24, 2012—As Victoria said in part one of Race in Review, last Saturday we took on Challenge Nation. Going into the race, I was a firm believer of the "just have fun" attitude--my goal was to finish the race, and to have fun doing it.

Sep. 9, 2012—The first few weeks of school have been chock full of activities: soccer practice, AOII meetings, classes, working in Admissions, random adventures, and of course, the ever-present antagonist in all of our lives-homework.

Aug. 21, 2012—As Victoria said, after tomorrow we’ll be done with more of our undergraduate career than we have left. I spent today enjoying my last day of freedom before classes begin and trying not to think too hard about how old I feel.
My Yearly Arm Workout
Aug. 21, 2012—Being a soccer player, I don’t do much in the way of arm-muscle-building. I often refer to my arms as “limp noodles.” I’ve come to think of move-in as my yearly arm workout, and this year, I got an extra dose of arm exercise.
Packing: Step One
Aug. 14, 2012—As the summer approaches it’s end, I’ve begun the first stage of my packing endeavors: cleaning my room.

Aug. 12, 2012—A couple of nights ago, Ashlin and I finished up our summer “book club” with a much-overdue Skype session and discussion of the end of The Shining. (read all about that endeavor here.)
