Trivia, Trivia, Trivia
It’s spring 2015 and I have finally arrived at the last semester of my Vanderbilt career. It has been a long journey but unfortunately it is time to call an end to my years as an undergraduate.
How will I spend my last semester at Vanderbilt? I will make the most of the time that I have left by doing everything that I’ve been meaning to do but never got around to doing. Sure, I’m taking 18 hours this semester BUT that means there is still 150 hours left in the week for other activities.
My friends and I have developed a list of things that we plan to accomplish by the end of the semester. The number one activity is winning trivia. Many bars and restaurants in Nashville have trivia nights once a week and you can form a team and compete against other teams for prizes. My friends and I have been preparing for our upcoming Trivia victory by playing lots of Trivia Crack.
We planned to maximize our chance of winning by separating subjects among team members to spread our wealth of knowledge. The only problem is that we are yet to debut as it is difficult to assemble the entire team, but we will start soon.
We have established a schedule of places to go to Trivia:
- Monday: Mellow Mushroom
- Tuesday: The Flying Saucer
- Wednesday: Sam’s
- Thursday: Jed’s. Also, due to the high demand of trivia among Vanderbilt students, the school has started trivia on campus on Thursday Nights at The Pub.
The only problem is that all these places are close to Vanderbilt and so we’d have to compete against other Vanderbilt students, which would not be an easy victory. Our team doesn’t care about the quality of our victory, we just want to win. I will further update you all when we begin our trivia adventures.
If you’re planning on going to college, better start on that trivia knowledge so you can hop onto a trivia team when you start school. They’re a lot of fun!
