Mule Day

Apr. 7, 2013—One of the reasons I came to Nashville from Chicago is that I wanted to see another part of the country. In Nashville, I could experience southern culture and all that came with it. However, Vanderbilt's campus doesn't feel very southern to me since everyone is from all over the country. But there are plenty of opportunities off campus to get the full southern experience. We get cool swag (sweatshirts, water bottles, t-shirts), we get legitimate name tags and business cards (oooooo. ahhhhh), and we get to lead groups of 10-20 people around campus while bragging the black and gold out of the place we are privileged to call home for 4 years....

Today was my lucky day! The Health Professions Advisory Office hosted a grad school fair. There were 17 medical schools there, as well as a ton of dental, master's, physical therapy and other medical related professional schools in attendance.
