Riding the Wave
Feb. 10, 2011—Whew. What a crazy week it’s been. Last Thursday, I had my first test in Calculus for the semester. Then, on Tuesday, I had a test for Neuroscience in the morning, and a test for Chemistry that night, not to mention I had lab and another class that day too. To wrap it up, I...

The questions ranged from professional, to personal, to even pretty random. We learned that if Chancellor Zeppos could have any super power, it would be the...
‘Dore for a Day
Oct. 18, 2010—I’m involved with the ‘Dore for a Day program with the AmbassaDores, and I hosted my first students last week! I actually had a lot of fun and I think I showed the students a good, real perspective of Vandy. We started out walking to the Commons and eating lunch in the dining hall, because...

Oct. 12, 2010—This past Wednesday, Greg Mortenson, author of New York Times Bestsellers Three Cups of Tea and Stones Into Schools, visited the Vanderbilt campus and held a question and answer session for the class of 2014 and their VUceptors. Over the summer, all freshman received a copy of Three Cups of Tea and were asked to...
