I’m Yuqi, hailing from the beautiful land of Fort Collins, Colorado, having also previously lived in Lexington, KY, and Jinan, China. Nashville has been completely wonderful to me so far (even though I really dislike country music) and I’m so excited to explore it more over the next three years.
I’m currently a freshman studying Neuroscience in the College of Arts and Sciences on the pre-med track. Outside of class, I’m also involved with the Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team, Vanderbilt Student Volunteers for Science (VSVS), Asian American Christian Fellowship (AACF), and Alternative Spring Break (ASB). If I’m not doing any of the above, you can also catch me attending musicals with my lovely roommate, waiting ~forever~ in the quinoa bowl line at Rand even though literally every other option would be quicker, and taking naps at 11 PM (yes PM not AM).
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have ANY questions about college applications, Vandy life, any of the above extracurriculars, or anything else you have on your mind!
