Sep. 25, 2012—This past weekend, I volunteered at the Second Harvest Food Bank sorting meat in a giant refrigerator.
I’ve Got The Victory!
Sep. 24, 2012—This was our first road trip since I've been in Victory and I definitely want to do it again. We were invited to sing at an alumnus' church so we took the 6-hour drive there and back for less than 24 hours in Cincinnati...
Race in Review: Part Two
Sep. 24, 2012—As Victoria said in part one of Race in Review, last Saturday we took on Challenge Nation. Going into the race, I was a firm believer of the "just have fun" attitude--my goal was to finish the race, and to have fun doing it.

It’s definitely my favorite extracurricular activity, other than telling you all about my life through this blog. I also really missed it while abroad.
This Week’s Funtivities
Sep. 21, 2012—This week, I decided that every day I would take a small study break and enjoy something uniquely offered at Vanderbilt. I'm going to be honest and say that I thought it would be difficult to find fun things to do every day. Is there really a Vanderbilt sponsored activity that I could enjoy every day? There is! And, if I were a betting girl, I'd bet that there would be everyday funtivities for you too!
A Night at the Symphony
Sep. 21, 2012—Last night I enjoyed a performance by the Nashville Symphony, thanks to SoundCheck, a program offered by the symphony center where college students can get tickets for $10.
Intramurals
Sep. 20, 2012—As the intramural season approaches, I prepare for my breakout season in which I become a professional athlete
