Aug. 23, 2011—I just told y’all all about my high school, and how special it is, and how much I love it. In my college search, I looked for a place that was as special as my high school. That school IS Vanderbilt.

Aug. 23, 2011—The next morning, we woke up at 7:30, and ate breakfast, which was catered for us every morning (pancakes, fruit, eggs, bacon). By 8:30, we were out the door, all of us wearing khaki shorts and various Rawlings Baseball shirts.

Fourth of July in Nashville
Jul. 10, 2011—Typically I spend my Fourth of July weekend with my extended family in Chicago, Illinois but this summer was a little different. As I have mentioned before in previous posts, I have a research position on campus here at Vanderbilt University this summer and I decided to spend the holiday in Nashville this summer.
