Reunited with the Commons
Day 3 of classes is going so well so far! Despite the early start to every day (8am yaaaaay) I’m very excited about all of my classes this semester. My professors are amazing and I am able to take classes that accommodate working at the Children’s Hospital, working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in a Research Lab, being a tour guide for admissions, and working in the computer labs! It’s a busy schedule, but it’s been working so far. (All of 3 days…but still.)
One of the classes I’m most excited about is my Developmental Psychology class. It gives me hours towards my major of Medicine, Health, and Society and is really thought-provoking for someone who wants to work with kids in the future, such as myself. It is taught in a building near the Commons, and I conveniently have a 1 hour break after the class ends until I have to go to Biology, which means breakfast at the Commons exists once again! I honestly don’t think I’ve consistently had breakfast since my first semester here at Vanderbilt.
It’s the little things that matter :)
