Surviving Finals – Reserving Library Rooms

Posted by on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in Academics, College of Arts and Science, Exams, Finals, Learning Style.

Finals season is here, which means that the library and every study spot will be a lot more crowded than usual. One of my favorite parts of going to a small school is that you can always find a place to study, even during the most popular times of the year.

One of the best ways to relieve study stress is to reserve a study room in your favorite library. This way, you must plan ahead (reserve the room 24 hours in advance) and then do not have to worry about where you are going to study. Additionally, you can only reserve rooms for 2 hours at a time, which allows you to take much-needed breaks and not burn out from studying all day with no time to breathe.

My friend and classmate Amanda Hodak explains, “I was so excited when my friend showed me how you can easily reserve Eskind Biomedical Library rooms online! Sometimes it is hard to focus in a big room with other people so I like reserving study rooms when I really need to buckle down and grind.”
