Dec. 11, 2012—Last week my friend and I both had a lot of work to do for a couple of our classes. However, rather than staying on campus to study, we decided to venture off campus for a change of scenery!
A Fun Thursday Night
Nov. 17, 2012—Thursday night my best friend and I celebrated the end of a long week by having dinner together and seeing the Blair Symphonic Choir perform!
VUT Show: The Taming of the Shrew
Nov. 12, 2012—This past Friday one of my best friends and I went to see the latest VUT show. The show was The Taming of the Shrew, which is a play by William Shakespeare. As usual, the show exceeded my expectations.
Phi Lamb Semiformal!
Nov. 8, 2012—This past Saturday was one of my favorite weekends of the semester. My sorority, Sigma Phi Lambda (the Christian sorority on campus) hosted our annual semiformal! It was a fun-filled night of line dancing, desserts, and more all planned by yours truly.
Halloween at the TPAC
Nov. 1, 2012—Last night was one of the best Halloweens I have ever had because, thanks to Vanderbilt, I got to go see a show at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TAPC) for free!
A Night at the Symphony
Sep. 21, 2012—Last night I enjoyed a performance by the Nashville Symphony, thanks to SoundCheck, a program offered by the symphony center where college students can get tickets for $10.
Phi Lamb Rush!
Sep. 13, 2012—Last week was one of my favorite weeks of the semester-Phi Lamb rush! My entire sorority came together and planned a whole week of fun activities in order to help us recruit new sisters.
