The end is near.
Today is officially my last day of classes. Do you know what that means? Finals are literally right around the corner. AHHHHHH!
This semester I have 3 final exams and 1 final paper due between Wednesday and Saturday of next week, which is great because I have plenty of time to prepare…theoretically. Because focusing is as much of a struggle as ever before, I take any study break I can get, and I already have one scheduled for tomorrow!
Every month, Vanderbilt Student Government hosts “Movie of the Month” in Sarratt Cinema, located within Sarratt Student Center. They show a fairly new movie and give out free popcorn, soda, and candy to all students in attendance. This month, the movie is “Contagion.” I haven’t seen it before, but it looks like it will be a perfect way to escape studying for a few hours!
Apart from the movie, and (many) other impromptu study breaks like eating, napping, or staring blankly at the wall, actually studying is the aim of the game this week. I’m preparing myself for a whack sleep schedule and an extremely unhealthy diet. Wish me luck! (I’ll definitely need it!!)
And with that, let finals week begin!
