Nov. 2, 2015—We loaded up a few cars on Sunday morning and drove the forty-five minutes to Honeysuckle Hill Farm, a popular spot for family outings and pumpkin-spice fueled photoshoots as we reveled in the very Insta-worthy backdrops of corn mazes, sunflowers, and the beautiful rolling hills of Middle Tennessee.
Oct. 27, 2015—As a Vanderbilt student, there's always work to be done. As soon as one assignment is over, it's on to the next one. However, that doesn't mean you can't mix it up and give yourself a change of scenery. Check out some of my favorite off campus study spots to camp out for the day and get work done.
Nov. 7, 2013—Are you allowed to come up with new words? I think it's almost legitimate. Do you remember the Tebowing movement, the planking craze, or the milking silliness on YouTube? I'm calling it now: treeking started here. If you were wondering about the etymology of "treeking," the words "tree" and "freaking" were combined one day in the fall at Vanderbilt to describe the state of a particular student. So treeking is exactly that: freaking out about trees.
