One Second Everyday

Posted by on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 in College Life, Student Life, Student Organizations, Studying, Year in Review.

Have you ever found yourself wondering: what does daily life look like for a Vanderbilt student? How much will I be hanging out with friends or having fun? How much will I be working? I wish I had a visual representation of what a normal semester looks like at Vandy…

Well, it is time to have your questions answered. I have attached my One Second Everyday video project from my first semester at Vanderbilt to this blog post. Every day, I would take a second of video that candidly represents something I did that day. I tried to use video clips showing things that made me feel particularly happy, and a lot of the clips also feature the studies and activities of a typical student. The date of the clip is located in the bottom left so you will have some contextual information about where in the year each video took place.

My first semester at Vanderbilt was the best couple months of my life, and I tried to encapsulate that enthusiasm, happiness, and excitement in this video. As always, let me know if you guys have any questions about things you see!

I’m done talking now, I’ll let the video speak for itself. Enjoy!
