Letter Checking Nearly Complete: Mailing Currently on Schedule

Mar. 25, 2010—Everything is still looking good for a tomorrow morning mailing of our decision notifications. Decision checking went very well and we are now into the letter checking phase, where we will check each letter that will leave our office tomorrow to make sure that the envelope and the letters match. Barring any last minute delay the letters should leave here tomorrow.

Jan. 19, 2010—Yesterday, as a result of a software bug, the emails we sent yesterday to all incomplete applicants may have contained inaccurate information regarding what pieces of the application were still missing. The following corrected email will be sent this afternoon. If you received two emails DISREGARD THE FIRST EMAIL. The correct email will feature the special text at the beginning of the email describing the technical error and is dated January 19, 2010.
