Happy Thanksgiving from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions

Posted by on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 in General Information.

As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, many in the Vanderbilt community are taking to social media to share the reasons we’re thankful, using #VUthankful. As you can see from the collection of responses at social.vanderbilt.edu, we have a lot to be thankful for! One theme seems particularly strong:  family, friends, classmates, professors, colleagues … we are thankful for each other and the Vanderbilt community we share.

Here’s one example of the extraordinary community we have on campus. On Monday, Chancellor Zeppos hosted an early Thanksgiving dinner for students who weren’t able to travel home for the holiday. That’s the kind of community that makes me #VUthankful!

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will be closed on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 as we celebrate the holiday. If you’re working on your application over the break, or if you just have questions for us, check out the contact information listed below.  We will respond to you quickly after the holiday.

From all of us in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, we wish you a restful, relaxing break and look forward to speaking with you when we return!
