#FallatVU
Autumn in Tennessee is one of my favorite things in the world. Changing leaves, cool temperatures, SEC football, and a good quality bowl of chili are really all I need for an entire season of absolute bliss.
That is why, as much as I truly love visiting students in all of my territories, I’m feeling a little bit homesick for Nashville today. While Vanderbilt students are walking beneath our campus’s newly colorful trees in their fuzzy sweaters and boots on their way to class, I’ve unearthed my summer wardrobe in order to bask in the 90 degree heat of south Texas.
In order to quell this sense of homesickness, I sent out an all-call to our Inside ‘Dores bloggers to use their favorite social media platforms and send me pictures of campus in all its autumn glory via the hashtag #FallatVU. As always, our bloggers did not disappoint, and the Storify slideshow below is the result of their loving work.
If you too are far from Nashville on this magnificent autumn day, check out these pics to get a feel for what a Vanderbilt fall really looks like. If you find yourself on campus this season, post your own #FallatVU pic and we’ll add it to the show!
