Meet Patrick Boswell
I am originally from Richmond, VA. My wife, Haley, and I have lived in Nashville for over two years. I received my master’s in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College before starting in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Haley also works for Vanderbilt.
My territories include North Carolina, Virginia (excluding Northern Virginia), and Maryland (excluding Montgomery County). In the office, I also work with our data team, Counselor Conference, CoRPs, and transfer committee.
My favorite restaurants in Nashville are all in the Sylvan Park neighborhood: Local Taco, McCabe Pub, and Café Nonna.
In my spare time, I love walking our Cairn terrier, Wendell, in our neighborhood and on the Richland Creek Greenway. On a nice weekend day, you can often find me on the McCabe Golf Course. If not playing golf, I’m probably watching the pros on TV. I’ve been known to practice putting on hotel room floors when I’m on the road. I also am a fourth-generation Chicago Cubs fan!
My favorite places on Vanderbilt’s campus are the Peabody lawn and Hawkins Field (baseball). Both are great places to be on a spring afternoon. For campus eats, I highly recommend the specialty pizzas at the The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons Center.
