My Job
Dec. 9, 2012—Though many of my friends at Vandy hold on campus jobs during the semester to help cover expenses, I have never worked during the school year - until this semester. I started working in August for the Vanderbilt Global Education Office (GEO) as a Peer Adviser. This basically means that I sit at a desk and talk about my study abroad experience, so it was pretty much my favorite thing.
Tax Free Weekend
Aug. 5, 2012—Tax Free Weekend marks a glorious, three-day holiday when sales tax on Back to School items becomes obsolete, which makes it the most perfect time to buy a computer. In fact, that is when I bought this Mac very I’m typing on 2 years ago!
My First Two Years: A Retrospective
Jul. 26, 2012—With less than a month until I head back to Nashville to start my junior year, I’ve lately found myself thinking about all the ways I’ve changed (in a good way!) since I first stepped onto Vanderbilt’s campus two years ago.
Not going home, yet! Hoorah, a job!

Summer’s End
