Final Traditions
May. 6, 2014—As I mentioned in a previous post (better late than never, right?) second semester holds quite a few of my favorite Vanderbilt traditions. Two that I haven't talked about yet are Rites of Spring and the annual Black and Gold game!!
Its Spring Time
Apr. 14, 2014—There is only one proper way to know if it truly is Spring time and it doesn't involve staring at a Grounhog to know when its time. No, there's a much better way. Spring Football. Obviously, if there is an event called SPRING football, it must signify that it is Spring time. This past weekend, we officially started Spring.
New Dores on the Block
Feb. 10, 2014—After a last minute scramble due to unforeseen circumstances, Coach Mason was able haul in a total of 22 men to make the greatest decisions of their lives: to attend Vanderbilt University.
The Chosen One
Jan. 21, 2014—On the 17th of January 2014, Vanderbilt Football named Derek Mason as the 28th Head Coach of Vanderbilt Football. With this hire, Vanderbilt started the Mason era and the campus is buzzing with high hopes and lifted spirit.
The Last One Begins…
Jan. 15, 2014—I am now more than a full week into my last semester at Vanderbilt. That sentence is much easier to write than to really accept. So much still to do, so little time!
Pimp My Gym
Jan. 10, 2014—One year ago, Vanderbilt Board of Trust announced that the Vanderbilt recreation center would be getting a new makeover. A $31 million makeover.
I went bowling!
Jan. 7, 2014—This past Saturday, my sister and I met up with some of my friends in Birmingham, AL to watch the Commodores take on the University of Houston Cougars at the BBVA Compass Bowl. I had never been to an away game before, although I guess this was technically considered a neutral field. It was the perfect ending to my last football game as a student.

Jan. 5, 2014—With the last game of the season, the Vanderbilt Commodores finished up another winning season with a 41-24 win against the Houston Cougars in the BBVA Compass Bowl. Riding through the Blues
Dec. 17, 2013—Its over. We're out. With the heartbreaking overtime loss against the Arizona Cardinals, the Tennessee Titans have been eliminated from playoff contention.
We’re leaving Tennessee!
Dec. 8, 2013—It has been announced. Today, all the SEC bowls made their announcements and chose the SEC teams they wanted in their bowl. On January 4th 2014, we will be going to Birmingham, Alabama in the BBVA Compass Bowl.
