Gloria Liu ’19

My name is Gloria, and I’m from Irvine, California. I’m currently a sophomore here at Vanderbilt, and I’m majoring in Musical Arts(Flute) and Economics, with a minor in Financial Economics.

On campus, I’m also involved in the Vanderbilt Investment Club, Women in Business, Vanderbilt Wind Symphony and Orchestra, Moneythink, Vanderbilt Finance Club, and Tour Guides! In my free time, I enjoy walking through Hillsboro Village, eating at hipster restaurants on 12 South, and trying out different coffee shops! (Basically, I love food.)

I enjoy playing the flute, but I’m planning on pursuing a career in finance – I love to talk about all things Blair and/or finance recruiting, so feel free to reach out if you want to chat!

If you have any questions or just want to hear more about Vanderbilt in general, please shoot me an email at I’d love to help in any way that I can.
