CC: Young Life
Young Life meets on Monday nights at 8:30 pm 1515 16th Avenue South (a couple blocks away)! I had never been to Young Life before coming to College, but have absolutely loved the times I went this year. The way that the staff talks about and shares Jesus has changed the way I viewed Him and given me a much deeper love for Him. Lots of people who do young life in Nashville are from Belmont, but there are a few Vandy students involved, too! I was able to go to club a couple times this year, and it was so much fun! I cannot wait to go again next year, and it is such a wonderful ministry. There are small groups that meet at the beautiful Young Life house throughout the week, and it is a great ministry. If you want to, you can also become a young life leader at a local school! There are lots of fun Young Life events, too, such as basketball game viewings and work crew, which I was graciously able to go to at Sharptop Cove, a young life camp in Jasper, Georgia. The community at Young Life is fun, enthusiastic, and in love with the person of Jesus Christ, and such a joy to be a part of!
