Take a trip to Florida! My parents came over for my brother’s graduation next weekend and since I wanted to have as much time as possible with them, I decided to spend my reading days (a good week since my last exam was on last Thursday) in Florida. Sure, the vacation was a little rushed since I had to study for my two exams for the last finals day, but it was so nice to spend that little bit of time with them. I flew in to Orlando and it made me reminisce on my last trip there to Disneyland.
My flight was a little delayed on the way back today during my layover in Charlotte, but who else do I spot other than Jon Paul White, one of the lead singers of Civil Wars, on my flight. Living in Nashville definately has its perks! I’ve brushed shoulders with Hayden Panetierre, Tenth Avenue North, Taylor Swift and know of so many occasions which my friends have had run-ins with famous people! Its kind of special getting to cross paths with this talented artists and have it be so casual. Also, today was the day that the Civil Wars announced the release of their new album. Just my luck! Oh…and I know it was him and not Johnny Depp because he has two tattoos on his arms that are pretty weird looking (random creepy fact: one is a prayer for forgiveness in Latin).
