Why Vanderbilt
Vanderbilt for me had the perfect balance of all things that you can do within a college setting. It provides the perfect balance of education, location, abilities to interact with faculty, and the ability to experience the city of Nashville.

Describe a favorite activity/organization and why you like it.
My favorite activity has to be being a photographer for the Vanderbilt Hustler student newspaper. Through doing that I have been able to meet so many cool people and do so many cool things. I have been able to go to a plethora of different concerts in the city of Nashville and also travel to multiple sporting events in other states.

Describe a favorite class and why you like it.
One of my favorite classes I actually came into through accident. In my sophomore year, I took a class called digital heritage that dealt with the digital restoration and preservation of ancient structures. In the class, we were able to tour the Parthenon and created a 3d recreation of many of the structures. For my final project, I got to write an essay comparing the 3d structure in Assassin's Creed Odyssey to the actual Parthenon.

Describe your most memorable Nashville/off-campus experience.
One day, my friends and I decided to go to a concert at The End on Elliston on a whim. We took a break from our studies and spent 5 dollars on a concert for a band which turned out to be one of the best experiences we've ever had. With only 20 people, it had to be one of the most intimate concerts I've ever been to.
