My mom is a distinguished alumna of Vanderbilt. She graduated in 1986 with a degree in Nursing and was recognized as being one of the top 100 nurses to graduate from the Nursing School in the last century. So Vandy has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but it was not until I took a PreVU tour that I had my first real experience with the school. After talking to several students and teachers, I was able to see myself on Vanderbilt's campus. Which is the most important part of any college decision choice in my opinion, "Where can you see yourself at?" And I could see myself as a Vandy student. All of the opportunities I saw that Vanderbilt and Nashville had been unparalleled to my other college decision choices. I have not regretted my choice since then.
