The Open House programs are designed to showcase our academic programs and to provide a sense of student life at Vanderbilt. Please plan to begin the day between 8:00 and 9:15 a.m. in the Vaughan Lobby of Sarratt Student Center. Parking will be available in the Terrace Place Garage.
8:00 a.m. — Registration, Sarratt Lobby — Light breakfast fare available in Sarratt 189
8:15-9:15 a.m. — Student Programs Fair, Sarratt Promenade — Features representatives from Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Housing and Residential Education, Dining Services, Student Government, Study Abroad, The Center for Student Professional Development, Office of Active Citizenship and Service
9:15 a.m. — College of Arts and Science Overview, Sarratt Cinema — Russell Mcintire, Associate Dean, College of Arts and Science and senior lecturer, Department of Philosophy
10:00 a.m. — Short Break
10:10 a.m. — What's it Really Like at Vanderbilt?, Sarratt Cinema — A student forum on the many facets of an undergraduate's residential, social and cultural life; Roger E. Moore, Associate Dean, College of Arts and Science
11:00 a.m. — Student-led Campus Tours, leaving from Sarratt
12:15 p.m. — Luncheon (as guests of the College with voucher), Commons Dining Hall — Pre-major faculty advisers and students have been invited to join you at the luncheon
1:30 p.m. — Academic Advising and Making a Good Start, Sarratt Cinema — Andrea L. Hearn, Director, Arts and Science Pre-Major Advising
2:15 p.m. — Pre-Health Professional Advising, Sarratt 189 — Robert Baum and Lauren Rains, Health Professions Advisory Office
2:15 p.m. — Pre-Law Advising, Sarratt 116 — Klinton Alexander, Pre-Law Adviser, Department of Political Science
3:00 p.m. — Honors Program, Sarratt 189 — Dean McIntire

Directions to Terrace Place Garage: From West End Avenue, turn left onto 21st Avenue South (a one-way street). Take the first left onto Terrace Place. Go a 1/2 block. The Terrace Place garage entrance will be on your left. Public parking spaces are 41-92.
